By commissioning me, you have agreed to abide by these terms and conditions.
Process & General
> Requires clear visual reference.
> Payment upfront, I will not start your commission until the payment is made.
> I always provide sketch in the process (except for sketch commission types).
> You may take inspiration from me , but may not directly copy the feature. Inspiration means you make something new, and if you are copying, that is not inspiration.
> Turnaround time around a day to a month. Please check my Trello (click the icon below) for status, progress, and queue.
> If you need it by a certain date( for birthday, etc.), please feel free to mention! A rush fee may be included if it's urgent / skipping queue.
> Refunds will only be allowed if I am unable to finish / I have not started your commission.
Character design
> No commercial use.
> For the characters with "CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED FOR ANY REASON", these are for those I gift to friends and cannot be traded/sale/gifted. If you don't want the gifts anymore, you can return them back to me. Then I will decide what I would do to them.
> Don’t sell them for higher value than base price if they don’t have extra arts.
> You can slightly redesign them. Either you want to keep them or sell them with any value you want.
You can give them alt forms as many as you wish.
> Before offering an adopt of mine, PLEASE think carefully if you have the ability to offer them!
> Please notice me beforehand if you have intention to backout. Otherwise, a second strike will lead you to blacklisted.
> PLEASE DO NOT delete the characters (I want to keep on tracking), or change my credit!!
> For closed species, you have to follow and accept their T.O.S if you agree to join and own the species.
> Breaking my T.O.U will lead to warning or blacklisting. I will recheck my designs sometimes.
